The Rising Popularity of Low Rise Jeans E-mail
I was one of the people who resisted purchasing low rise jeans when they first became popular. I thought that they would be uncomfortable and there was really no reason for anyone’s jeans to be that low.

I don’t think that it’s because of old age, it is more of a body image issue. I pass them up every time I shop because I just couldn’t imagine that they would look good on me.

However, I have learned to love mid rise jeans, even if I still refuse to wear low rise jeans. They aren’t quite as low, and the fit is surprisingly nice. It is always a good idea to try anything before you dismiss it.

You should try a pair of low rise jeans if you have never tried them. This way you will at least know that don’t like them. You have to step up at some point and give them a go even if you don’t like wearing jeans from twenty years ago.

I observed that low rise jeans have become less popular than they were a few years ago, and that high waist jeans are still out. People who have fallen for the mid rise type of jean will not buy anything else.

Some people will not be caught dead wearing high rise jeans because they have become very passé. If you don’t want to give up high waist jeans, then it might be a good idea to figure out why. It could be a matter of not wanting to follow the trends, or it might be an issue of body image.

Women with bigger than normal bellies won’t try low rise jeans. They wear high rise jeans because they are afraid that low rise jeans might leave them feeling like they are hanging out there.

However, let me assure you that you can look and feel great in low rise jeans, as long as you buy the right pair. You might find the right pair after many trips to various stores. Once you find the perfect pair, there’s a good chance that you won’t go back to the old style.

Try the next size up if you think that a pair is just too low. A larger size may offer you more in the front, but it will still make you look good.
